Exchange/Return
The goal of our store is to make your shopping with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!
We understand that there are situations when the selected item does not fit in size or you simply did not like it “live”. In accordance with the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, you can return or exchange goods within 14 days of receipt.
The obligatory condition for the exchange/return of goods of good quality* is:
- Product without traces of use and operation.
- Undamaged packaging, tags, price tags.
- Copy/original of the Sales receipt included in the parcel.
- Return of goods within 14 days from receipt.
The goods are returned through the Nova Poshta branch:
- Upon receipt at the Nova Poshta department, if the product does not suit you in size, color or style;
- By sending the goods to the Nova Poshta branch. The return must be processed as a regular parcel and sent to the address specified in the message from the Client-Manager.
Please note! The return parcel must be processed through the Nova Poshta courier service. no cash on delivery. Otherwise, the store will not be able to receive it.
Dear customers, check the correctness of the data when sending the parcel (full name of the recipient, address, branch number). It is necessary to enter accurate information, otherwise the store is not responsible for receiving it.
In case of exchange/return of goods of good quality* due to unsuitable size, the cost of delivery of the order is paid by the buyer.
*A product of good quality means a product that corresponds to the description on the website without manufacturing defects. The defect must not be a consequence of improper operation.
The obligatory condition for the exchange/return of goods of inadequate quality is:
- Copy/original of the sales receipt included in the parcel, a document confirming the date of sale.
- The defect must not be a consequence of improper use.
The warranty on goods against manufacturing defects is 6 months.
The goods are returned through the Nova Poshta branch:
- Upon receipt at the Nova Poshta department, if the product does not suit you in size, color or style;
- Sending the goods to the Nova Poshta branch. The return must be processed as a regular parcel and sent to the address specified in the message from the Client-Manager.

If a product is returned of inadequate quality, the shipping cost will be reimbursed by the store along with the cost of the product.
According to the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, the following products cannot be returned:
- underwear;
- gaiters, socks;
- gloves;
- products in aerosol packaging;
- forms tailored to individual parameters and products with your personal data printed on them.
Refunds for returning goods are made to the bank card from which the payment was made (the card must be issued on the territory of Ukraine; the card currency is hryvnia). The period for transferring funds from the moment the goods are accepted for return is up to 7 working days. Funds are credited and withdrawn according to the tariffs of your card.
Apply for a return exchange:
You need to fill out a form where you need to indicate the following information: order number, model number and reason for exchange/return. In case of a manufacturing defect, a photo of the defect, a general view of the product and a detailed description are required. After receiving the application, the manager will contact you to clarify information about the exchange or return. We undertake to respond to exchange/return requests within 14 business days.
